Our Process

Consultation

Tell us what you want - you tell us what the end goal is and we determine what the best way to get there is. We will work with you to plan out a pathway from current state to fully completed spaces.

Design & 3D Modeling

We mock up a 3D model that covers what our consultation went over. This helps visualize the end product - allowing for design decisions that will give you a detailed sense of what the end product will be.

Timelines

We align on timelines of how long certain steps will take, along with what trades are needed at what points during the renovation. This makes sure everyone is on the same page and things get completed timely.

Execution

Once timelines and teams are aligned, the fun starts. This is when projects get executed, usually in tandem and via timelines set.

Walkthrough

After projects are executed, besides the constant monitoring during the renovation. There is a final walkthrough to make sure everything has been completed per expectation and you are happy with results.
